A couple months ago, Douglas Glenn Clark and I adapted my short story, “The Fort”, into a short film screenplay. That screenplay was entered into the 2021 Screamwriting Festival.
The festival was held today in Burbank, California and while we did not win, we were an Official Selection at the festival!
An Official Selection means the screenplay was acknowledged at the festival and is kind of like an Honorable Mention in writing contests.
I am grateful to the festival organizers for this honor and would like to congratulate all of the winners at tonight’s festival!
